Erin is a yoga teacher, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialist, and Holistic Health Coach from Lido Beach, New York. Her path has never been linear, but it has always been intentional. Driven by a deep desire to understand the world beyond the classroom, Erin left the U.S. after college to live, learn, and serve alongside Indigenous and underserved communities around the world. In the mountains of Cusco, Peru, she lived with a local host family and volunteered at an after-school center for girls from low-income families. It was these resilient, joyful, and wise beyond their years girls, who first taught her that healing begins in relationship.
That truth has remained central to Erin’s approach ever since. She has traveled through more than 20 countries across Latin America and Southeast Asia, often staying for months at a time and choosing immersion over escape. These experiences shaped her understanding of yoga, not just as a physical practice, but as a way of returning to ourselves and to one another.
Erin’s classes are alignment-based, designed to help students slow down, turn inward, and move with intention. With specialized training in mobility and a trauma-informed lens, she works with diverse bodies and abilities, including those navigating injury, chronic pain, and disability. Her teaching is compassionate and grounding, focused on meeting people exactly where they are. She sees movement as a gateway, not just to strength or flexibility, but to deeper presence, trust, and self-awareness.
Whether teaching on the mat or guiding others off of it, Erin creates space for people to feel safe, seen, and empowered in their own skin. Her work is rooted in empathy, shaped by lived experience, and guided by a quiet confidence that real transformation doesn’t rush. It listens.
