Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present. Being mindful enables us to approach even our most negative emotions with more control and perspective. Mindfulness provides us with the ability to deal with our most difficult experiences with greater, warmth and kindness towards ourselves and others. The great thing about mindfulness is that every human being already possesses the ability to be mindful, they just need the tools to learn how to access it. Even a few mindful moments a day, can help reduce stress, enhance performance and unleash our natural curiosity.
